I am a seasoned analytical and managerial professional experienced in a variety of disciplines including business intelligence (BI), process management and quality deployment, corporate performance measurement (CPM), customer relationship management (CRM), applied data mining/modeling, call center technology and related disciplines.

I am currently a Assistant Director - Projects and Portfolio Governance at Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee. NM is an outstanding organization. One I hope to retire from. Therefore, I am not seeking employment elsewhere but I would like to share some of my experience.

Every role I’ve played throughout my career has had some analytical component. For instance, while Director of Customer Insight at Hunter Business Group, I built analytical models to measure customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and customer buying behavior. While at Matrixx Marketing, I created workforce management models and tools to manage a call center workforce of several thousand capable of handling a quarter million client interactions per day. Given my current full-time role, I have limited capacity for new consulting projects. My capabilities are listed below but most likely, I will refer you to a colleague should you need a consultant.
